The Human Resources Department embarked upon an inclusive process to re-invent ourselves and enhance customer service. We came together to develop our mission: "Bridging Life's Transitions".
From recruitment to retirement and everything in between, we impact the personal and professional lives of faculty and staff in meaningful and significant ways. We are committed to providing services that support faculty and staff. These services also extend beyond the workplace with programs such as the Employee Merit baseRecruitments Program. We believe that healthy and happy employees are productive employees and are better able to carry out the university’s mission.
Our goal is to be recognized as a standard of excellence within the Rana University System.
HR next five years plan.
Strategic human resource planning. Human resource planning is a process that identifies current and future human resources needs for an organization to achieve its goals. Human resource planning should serve as a link between human resource management and the overall strategic plan of an organization. The plan target the maximum standardize of PhD staff recruitments with the High qualifications of research based studies.
Developed HR manual and strategies to support the Organization Strategy, HR, Performance Appraisal Guideline developed, HR contract revised and developed, HR, Pay roll and Leave form newly revised and developed, HR merit base Recruitment is implemented, Assessing the current HR Capacity, forecasting the HR requirements, Capacity Need Assessment conducted, Gap analysis of the Departments. ToRs of the Departments reviews, and HR re-structured, HR recruited five PhD and nine Masters during the last three months.
