Since 1999, when the newly minted Stadum team embraced its mandate to breathe new life into the downtrodden neighbourhood, East Village’s transformation has been nothing short of remarkable.
In 2013, the Quality Assurance Department was established under the supervision of the Academic Vice Chancellor of Rana University. This department is responsible for carrying out all activities related to quality enhancement, including monitoring the planning and implementation of programs, evaluating teaching processes, overseeing academic and administrative affairs, and assessing student services and facilities.
The Quality Assurance Department strives to ensure that all university affairs are aligned with the standards of the Directorate of Quality Assurance and Accreditation of the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as the needs of society, in order to achieve positive and effective outcomes.
The Quality Assurance Department is committed to the comprehensive implementation of national quality assurance and accreditation standards, including the enhancement of research and teaching quality, professional development of academic and administrative staff, strengthening academic partnerships, and improving institutional services. Through these continuous efforts, the department endeavors to position Rana University as a distinguished research-oriented academic institution recognized for excellence and quality in higher education at the national level.
The Quality Assurance Department is fully committed to utilizing all available opportunities and resources to continuously improve the quality of Rana University across academic, research, educational, and service domains. This includes the systematic development of academic and administrative staff capacities, the strengthening of teaching and learning processes, and the enhancement of institutional services, all in alignment with national quality assurance and accreditation frameworks.
