The seminar aimed to guide faculty members and staff on the significance of established goals, objectives, and techniques of preparing monitoring/evaluation reports and the implementation of the approved improvement/progressive plans to achieve university's established goals and objectives. Key Points Explained: ° Significance and need of annual monitoring/Evaluation reports for all academic programs at RU. ° Objectives of the monitoring process and key components of evaluation. ° Explaining modern techniques for preparing annual reports and identifying strengths and weaknesses. ° importance of Implementation/Action Plan for further improvement to address weaknesses and identify strength. ° Objectives of Annual Monitoring/Evaluation: ° Identify strengths and weaknesses in all academic programs being implemented. ° Actions proposed/planned for the improvement of the academic programs based on the key findings of the reports. ° Sharing results with the Ministry of Higher Education's Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department. Target Audience ° Faculty members. ° Staff members involved in academic programs' development and implementation of quality assurance strategies. The main objective of the seminar was to enhance participants' understanding of the monitoring and evaluation processes and its importance in improving the quality of academic programs at Rana University. All the participants acknowledged the significance of the seminar and expressed their longings for such fruitful seminars in future too.
