A Four-Day Training Workshop on "Modern Teaching Techniques" was organized at RANA University for faculty members of all four faculties. The workshop, led by Dr. Allah Mohammad Behzad- Master trainer shared his precious perspective on the topic and covered topics such as: Conflict Resolution Approach: - Outcome- based education - Problem Solving Methods - Interactive (collaborative) teaching teaching techniques All the faculty members actively participated, shared their insight and posed questions relevant to the topic. The workshop aimed to enhance faculty skills and improve students' learning outcomes. RANA University always prefers training its faculty members on modern teaching methods and approaches to attain objectives and goals. The workshop sought to equip faculty members with new teaching techniques to make the learning process more effective and engaging for students. All the faculty members deeply appreciated the organizer of the workshop and expressed their views for such workshops in future too.
