Rana University aims at preparing fully rounded students - well prepared to lead the Afghan society with integrity, trust worthiness and commitment. To strengthen the aforementioned context, a seminar was organised by the Faculty Development Center in collaboration with Quality Assurance Department wherein the main focus was on students' evaluation techniques. The seminar ended with a sample criterion-based evaluation based on students' understanding, cognitive domain, and 16-week course plan, followed by Q&A session. The main objective of the seminar was to enhance the faculty's capacity, develop student performance, increase evaluation transparency and reliability, and align evaluations with academic program objectives. The seminar grabbed full throttled attention of the attendees and kept them absorbed via practical manifestations of theories.
