Rana University leadership and teaching faculty both are proud to present competent and talented young blood equipped with latest business knowledge and up-to-date skills to the market and society for change intervention and proudly celebrated the graduation ceremony of 2017 graduates at Khalij Hotel with great pomp and show on Thursday, July 27, 2017.
The following eminent personalities graced the program with their presence.
Dr. Abdul Latif Roshan, Acting Minster of Higher Education, Associate professor Muhammad Amir Kamawal, the President of Universities & Institutes of Private Higher Education, Lecturer Ghulam Dawood Shaiq, Head of Audit Directory, Ministry of Higher Education, Dr. Shafiullah Naimi, President of Rana University, Dr. Zakir Hossain Ershad, Deputy Director of Academic Affair in APUIHEA, Dr. Muhammad Naeem Azimi, Academic Vice President of Kabul University, Board Members of APUIHEA, academic & administration faculties Rana University, graduates , students and their respected families.
Respected Qari Abdul Kabir Haidari formally kicked off the graduation ceremony with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and then it was maintained by Dr. Sarw Rasa Rafizada and lecturer Mujeeb ur Rahman Lihaz, the announcers till end in splendid manner.
All the respected and distinguished guests turn by turn presented their speeches and distributed certificates of appreciation among the fresh graduates.
Dr. Shafiullah Naimi, President Rana University congratulated all the alumni and praised them from the core of his heart for their hard work and untiring efforts. He added that bachelor is not the end, but a fresh start towards higher education and students should make more and more efforts to upgrade themselves with the jewel of education to go shoulder to shoulder with other developed nations of the world and to play their vital role in construction and development of this country. He further added that achievement in economic and scientific maturity is the only solution to the problems of Afghanistan.
Dr. Abul Latif Roshan, Acting Minister of Higher Education spoke about the positive role of Private Higher Education Institutions in imparting quality education in different fields. He congratulated Rana University for being the top and leading university in offering standardized and quality education to the young generation of Afghanistan at their door steps.
Other respectable speakers (Associate professor Muhammad Amir Kamawal, the President of Universities & Institutes of Private Higher Education, Lecturer Ghulam Dawood Shaiq, Head of Audit Directory, Ministry of Higher Education, Dr. Zakir Hossain Ershad, Deputy Director of Academic Affair in APUIHEA) labeled and declared this ceremony as a big achievement for the Higher Educational Sector and academic community of Afghanistan.
At the end, 162 graduates in six different groups were awarded degrees in the presence of Ministry of Higher Education leadership for their motivation and encouragement. Then Abdul Ahad Ahamadi, Deputy Director Students’ Affair took oath from all the graduates which was followed by memorable photo session and recorded this day as memorable day forever in the history of Rana University.
The graduation ceremony came to an end with a magnificent feast arranged by Rana University.
